About The Role

Join Gong as a People Analytics Manager, where you will empower the Leadership Team and People function to make data-driven business decisions. You will transform complex workforce data into clear narratives and actionable strategies, while also helping to shape the team's adoption of AI and machine learning. This role reports to the Director of People Analytics and involves partnering with key stakeholders, delivering insights through compelling data narratives, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with People Ops and Systems teams.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape and execute a strategic People Analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Translate stakeholder needs into analytical products including dashboards, self-serve reporting tools, and workforce planning models.
Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to surface actionable insights that drive people team initiatives and business decisions.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate data insights across all organizational levels
4+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics
Experience leveraging data from HR tools like Workday, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, or LMS platforms
Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements
Proven ability to build analytical products such as dashboards, reporting tools, and data solutions that stakeholders trust and actively use
Proficiency in tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and Python/R
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application to workforce analytics
