Senior Product Analyst

Join Gong, a leading tech company, as a Senior Product Analyst. In this role, you will influence change by presenting data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership. You will work closely with product and business leaders to build business cases for new product functionality and track its effectiveness over time. You will also lead deep-dive analysis to frame product strategy and roadmap decisions, and foster a data-centric culture within the company. Additionally, you will own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing dashboards and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field
• Ideally, you are experienced in creating and maintaining dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Experience with product analytics methodologies
• Fluency in common statistical analysis methods; and specifically, the ability to quickly separate data from noise
• The ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment
• Proficiency using SQL and Excel for data querying and manipulation; comfortable using additional data access and analysis tools
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience working as a data or product analyst, preferably at a growing tech company
• Creativity and strategic thinking
• Confirmed ability to surface key insights that subsequently drove business changes with measurable lift in performance
• Passionate about producing high-quality accurate analytics deliverables
• Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty
