Senior UX Product Writer

Join our rapidly growing company as a Senior UX Product Writer. In this role, you will advance our product documentation architecture, strategy, and design. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear and helpful microcopy, write Help Center articles, and define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide. • Owning and managing all the content needs for your product “pillar,” including microcopy, Help Center articles, and user assistance.
• Working collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise, clear, and helpful content that enhances the user experience.
• Defining and maintaining the Content Team Style Guide, design system, and other team assets, while staying up to date with market trends.

• Write in mother-tongue English
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can easily multitask, prioritize on the fly, and manage your time efficiently
• Work well in a team while maintaining your independence
• Are a quick learner and natural researcher
• Have 5+ years of experience in writing microcopy and Help Center content
• Are positive, naturally motivated, and energetic
• Require a minimum of management handholding and are able to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders
• Can step into the shoes of our various customer’s personas, modify the tone and voice of your writing to match the customer and use case, and create content that’s meaningful for them
