Technical Architect

Join Gong, a leading revenue intelligence platform, as a Technical Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical integration workstream for our Enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration of the Gong platform into complex enterprise technical ecosystems. You will work closely with the Engagement Manager and Consultant to lead technical discovery, design, testing, and deployment. This is a customer-facing role that requires expertise in system, technical, or solution architecture, preferably in a cloud/SaaS enterprise software company.

• 6+ years of experience in system, technical, or solution architecture, preferably in a customer-facing Professional Services role for a Cloud/SaaS Enterprise software company
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to customer sites for critical project milestones and technical workshops
• Expertise in identity management and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM for enterprise-grade deployments
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Deep, hands-on experience with RESTful and JSON API implementation, design, and testing, including familiarity with client- and server-side programming concepts
• Expert-level knowledge of major CRM architecture (e.g., Salesforce data model, objects, security, and integration patterns) is required
• Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, concise documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
• Experience in a similar role within a RevOps, Sales Tech, or B2B SaaS environment
• Extensive experience advising on security and IT governance policies related to SaaS deployments, including SSO configuration and network requirements
• Experience with Agile methodologies in a professional services or project delivery context
• Familiarity with common telephony systems (CCaaS, UCaaS) and their integration patterns
