Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Join Jobber, a leading fintech company, as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery, define and drive the UX strategy for your product area, and champion customer-centric product thinking. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, and partner with other designers to foster a culture of growth and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product design experience, excellent visual taste and interaction design skills, and a portfolio showcasing impactful user experiences for web and mobile SaaS products.

• Applied experience of how LLM-driven tools like Claude Design, Figma Make, Codex, etc has thoughtfully transformed how you approach the work you do, and the pitfalls along the way
• Consistently navigate constraints and challenges to develop thoughtful, ambitious, and differentiated work in regulated problem domains (e.g. finance, health, etc.)
• Be a clear communicator who can explain the impact of your work, design rationale, and trade-offs
• Possess excellent visual taste and interaction design skills that are reflected in your portfolio
• Have 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web and mobile SaaS products
