About The Role

Join Jobber, a purpose-driven and people-first workplace, as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating with hiring teams, building diverse talent pipelines, and strengthening our employer brand. You should have proven in-house recruitment experience in a high-growth environment, a commitment to exceptional candidate experience, and a strong relationship-building skillset.

  • We're not looking for someone who wants a fully-paved road. We're looking for someone who's genuinely energized by ambiguity, questions "the way we've always done it" when it's no longer serving us, and is naturally curious about how recruiting itself is changing
  • In particular, we want someone who's already building with AI in their own practice — not just using ChatGPT to draft a job ad, but someone who excited about building workflows, tools, prompts, or systems that make sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement measurably better, and who's excited to keep experimenting as the tools evolve
  • A track record of quality delivery across multiple roles and role types, with the ability to manage complexity and manage pace without losing detail
  • Proven full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in SaaS or a high-growth, fast-paced environment, specifically in the business and go-to-market areas
  • A deep commitment to exceptional candidate experience, from first contact to final offer
  • A demonstrated builder's relationship with AI: you've used AI tools to build something in your own recruiting practice (a sourcing workflow, a screening tool, an automation, a prompt library) — not just used AI as a passive assistant — and you can speak concretely to what you built and what it changed
  • Strong relationship-building skills. You're a partner to hiring managers and an advocate for inclusive hiring practices, including the confidence to challenge a hiring manager's assumptions when the evidence points elsewhere
  • A compelling communication style and creative sourcing approach. You know how to tell a story that connects and drives action
  • A data-informed mindset. You understand funnel metrics, hiring trends, and how to use insights to influence and improve
