About The Role

Join Snowflake, a leading cloud-based data platform, as a Corporate Counsel. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, SD, and CX teams to drive revenue through transactional agreements. You will provide legal and business-related advice to senior leaders, manage risk, and ensure compliance. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes, and support continuous improvements in contracting processes.   • Collaborer avec les équipes de vente, de développement et d'expérience client pour structurer, négocier et conclure des accords transactionnels.

  • The ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically
  • Experience with supporting Statements of Work for professional services, such as drafting the terms, negotiating the terms and supporting a professional services sales team
  • Strong background dealing with SaaS-centric issues (i.e. revenue recognition, tax, privacy, security, data privacy, intellectual property), professional services and various go to market programs
  • Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S for a minimum of 5 years
  • A minimum of 5 years of legal experience including in-house experience, preferably with a successful, high-growth enterprise SaaS company
