About The Role

Join Snowflake as the Director of Creative Operations, where you will lead the creative producers and traffic manager, manage timelines, allocate resources, and streamline communications across teams. You will be responsible for scaling the creative operations function, optimizing workflow, owning the project management system, managing asset storage, and leading the team. You will also act as a liaison between creative and internal stakeholder teams, provide updates to stakeholders, define and track performance metrics, cultivate relationships with external agency partners, and champion AI tool adoption.

  • Leadership and resilience, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dive into the work while leading calmly under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Proven project management expertise with a strong track record of managing high-volume project pipelines in parallel using tools like Wrike
  • Leadership: Proven people management skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, listen actively, and build consensus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of creative production, including solid understanding of production requirements for both print and digital delivery
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop framework toolkits, guidelines, and processes that enable world-class brand experiences at scale
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field
  • Experience working within or directly alongside creative organizations (agency or in-house brand team) with firsthand understanding of how brand and creative production operates
  • Strong familiarity with graphic design, print production, motion graphics, web, and video workflows
  • Experience with Wrike (or similar), Google Office Suite, Slack, Figma and agentic AI tools
