Field Marketing Manager (Central)

Join Snowflake Inc. as a Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support the Central Expansion Sales Team by developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns. You will collaborate closely with sales, sales development, and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute activities. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in field marketing, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Support Snowflake’s demand generation and sales goals through regional field events, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with Snowflake’s sales, sales development, and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute activities.
• Manage and maintain the regional field marketing budget, report on regional event campaign ROI and performance.
• Able to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours/week
• Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
• Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
• Knowledge of using marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, wordpress
• Embodies strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales
• Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations
• Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
• Willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history
• General verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc
