About The Role

Join Snowflake as a Principal Solutions Engineer (Enablement Manager) in EMEA. In this role, you will serve as the Chief Activation Officer for our Solution Engineering team, driving field capability tied to business outcomes. You will diagnose skill gaps, design activation experiences, and act as the connector between Product, Field, Leadership, and the Learner. Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes, prescribing targeted interventions, and measuring whether capability actually changed.
Design activation experiences, picking the right modality (hands-on or self-serve lab, AI skill, peer learning, coaching nudge), and measuring behavior change, not just completion.
Collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team to shape and continuously refine the everboarding program based on the segment's needs.

Bachelor’s degree
Ability to lead through influence
Experienced in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs
Should have deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python
Ability to establish sponsorship and secure support from a diverse group of internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to successfully deliver programs
Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision-making, and commitment to excellence
Highly organized with excellent communication skills (including presentation skills)
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables
A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space
Data science or Spark experience is a plus
Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core, and/or SnowPro Advanced is a plus
