Senior Product Designer (Observe by Snowflake)

Join Snowflake as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll own the experience for complex workflows in enterprise software. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, shape design culture, and define world-class observability UX. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end design for various Observe surfaces, defining interaction models, prototyping, and contributing to the design system. • A design portfolio that showcases your ability to design software that is beautiful, powerful, and intuitive
• 5+ years of product design experience working on complex, data-heavy or developer-facing products
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to PMs, engineers, and leadership
• Experience with AI-native surfaces: chat interfaces, agent-driven workflows, or explainability and trust patterns
• Experience designing CLI-adjacent or developer tooling surfaces
• Background in or deep familiarity with observability, monitoring, or incident response workflows
• You have a deep desire to make things feel good, look awesome, and work great!
• Familiarity with Observability tools
