Senior Product Manager (Observe by Snowflake)

Join Observe by Snowflake as a Senior Product Manager, where you will lead a cross-functional team to define and execute the product roadmap across core product areas. You will set strategy grounded in deep customer empathy, drive prioritization across competing enterprise demands, and shape a product processing thousands of TB/day of telemetry. This high visibility role will involve regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to shape the product's direction.

• Proven track record shipping in competitive enterprise markets and displacing incumbents
• Familiarity with AI/ML and agentic workflows; can demonstrate use of AI tools in their day-to-day
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming ingest, and open standards (OpenTelemetry, Iceberg)
• 6+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms
• Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and navigate the complexity of an acquisition integration
• Deep familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, APM, alerts) and cloud-native architectures
