Senior Project Manager

Join Snowflake as a Senior Project Manager, where you will drive new service opportunities, work with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of our services. You will be responsible for developing a quality service strategy, managing key client projects, and providing guidance on resolving customer-specific project challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to continuously improve Snowflake's products and marketing.

• Driving new service opportunities and working with customers and internal stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Managing key client projects, communicating effectively with project team members, management, and project stakeholders.
• Providing delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements, ensuring adherence to delivery best practices.
• Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (Solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent)
• 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects
• Track record of delivering on PS revenue targets for a set of accounts, including the ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects and deliverables simultaneously (project management)
• Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development
• Ability to speak about the AI/ML model lifecycle specifically the trade-offs and architecture for delivering Gen AI and ML capabilities
• Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
• Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience (including senior level executives at large enterprises)
