About The Role

Join Snowflake's Talent Acquisition team as a University Recruiter. In this role, you will own the full recruiting cycle for intern and recent graduate candidates across the US and Canada, build relationships with university faculty and career centers, and develop school-specific recruiting strategies. You will also plan and execute on-campus events and career fairs, screen candidates, and maintain accurate pipeline reports.   • Own the full recruiting cycle for intern and recent graduate candidates across US and Canada, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with university faculty, career centers, and student organizations to grow a strong pipeline of early-career talent.
  • Plan and execute on-campus events and career fairs, including traveling to partner universities across the US and Canada.
  • 3+ years of university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute a strategic campus recruiting program while managing an active pipeline
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles or early-career talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day work — whether for sourcing, outreach, scheduling, or research — or a genuine eagerness to learn and lean into AI as a core part of how you work
  • Willingness to travel to universities seasonally for campus events
  • Strong track record in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, offer negotiation, and influencing hiring decisions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience hosting or producing intern programming (events, speaker series, professional development)
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms
  • Background in diversity recruiting or building DEI-focused campus programs
  • Experience recruiting at scale for a high-growth technology company
