Senior Product Marketing Manager (Core & Lending)

Join Altruist, a fast-growing company in the fintech industry, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. In this individual-contributor role, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for key platform launches, conduct customer and market research, develop positioning and messaging, manage launch execution, design growth and lifecycle programs, measure and optimize performance, provide thought leadership, and enable sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Product Marketing.

• 6-8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing in high‑growth, late‑stage startups
• Curiosity: you ask “why” and back your answers with data
• Hustle: you are proactive, thoughtful, organized, and get things done. You ship, learn, iterate and run flawless, well-organized GTMs from planning to post-launch
• Communication: you communicate clearly with internal and external audiences and can turn complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling marketing assets
• Partnership: you bring a clear POV, influence respectfully, collaborate for the greater good, and pull in the right teams at the right time
