About The Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and launch a brand-new product. You will create a culture of innovation and technical excellence, drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, and provide strong leadership to the engineering team. - Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand business needs, growth objectives, and market dynamics.

- Education - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in building and managing large scale software applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Experience - 3+ years of experience working as Software Engineering Manager within a high performing Engineering organization
- Technical aptitude - You’re technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (we use Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes)
- 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery owning a highly visible and large technical scope and an in-depth knowledge of software architectures
