Senior Engineering Manager (Credit and Lending)

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and launch a brand-new product. • Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand business needs, growth objectives, and market dynamics.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, automation, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

• Education - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in building and managing large scale software applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience - 3+ years of experience working as Software Engineering Manager within a high performing Engineering organization
• Technical aptitude - You’re technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (we use Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes)
• 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery owning a highly visible and large technical scope and an in-depth knowledge of software architectures
