Sales Assistant 20h M/F/D - Firenze

Join Sessùn, a sustainable and creative fashion brand, as a Sales Assistant in Florence. In this part-time role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, meet sales targets, maintain the customer database, and implement visual merchandising. The position offers a one-month fixed-term contract with bonuses based on target achievement and qualitative KPIs. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets, and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM) and implement visual merchandising.
• Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
• You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• You are a team player and like challenges.
• You are both fluent in Italian and English.
