Chief Digital Officer

In this executive role, you will be responsible for building the technology, data, customer, and ecommerce capabilities required to scale the brand globally. You will own and integrate various aspects of digital commerce, technology, customer experience, CRM, data and analytics, AI, and digital transformation. You will also lead the Ecommerce Centre of Excellence, drive online revenue growth, and develop global best practices. • Executive-level leadership experience in a global consumer, retail, DTC or digitally native business
• Proven success leading digital transformation programmes
• Strong technology, CRM and customer experience credentials
• Experience implementing AI and data-led commercial initiatives
• Significant ownership of ecommerce revenues exceeding £50m+
