Commercial Finance Business Partner

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to drive profitable growth through commercial insight, investment appraisal, and strategic financial planning. You will support retail expansion, improve unit economics and margin performance, and help shape the future of finance at Vivo by leveraging AI and data analysis.

• Partner closely with leaders across E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth through commercial insight, investment appraisal, and strategic financial planning.
• Support retail expansion, improve unit economics and margin performance, and bring Vivo's long-term growth ambitions to life through data-driven decision making.
• Help define the next chapter of Commercial Finance at Vivo, embracing AI to radically improve how we leverage data, automation, and insight analysis that accelerates insight generation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree
• A self-starter, comfortable working with ambiguity and motivated to grow and develop with Vivo
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills, with a deep understanding across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
• 3+ years of relevant, post-qualification experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for promoting sustainability
• Prior experience in a commercially focused finance team with experience partnering with ecommerce and supply chain teams highly desired
• ACA, CIMA, or other relevant certifications, with a strong commitment to sustainable finance principles
• An AI-First thinker, comfortable with embracing this fast-paced technology for the betterment of Vivo’s Commercial Performance and delivery of the Commercial Finance team’s objectives
• Knowledge of financial software and tools e.g., Excel, ERP systems. (Netsuite, Sol7, PowerBI, Alteryx a plus)
