About The Role

Join our Customer Operations team as a Technical Architect in Barcelona, Spain. This role combines architecture thinking with hands-on delivery, focusing on designing integration and data solutions, building with AI tools, and ensuring customer outcomes through implementation. You will work across technical architecture, solution engineering, and consulting delivery, with opportunities for growth and involvement in multiple countries. Concevoir et contribuer à l'approche technique pour les initiatives des clients, y compris l'intégration des données, les pipelines d'IA et les extensions de plateforme.
Construire des agents et des plugins d'IA en tant qu'outils de première ligne pour automatiser la gestion des données et accélérer la configuration.
Gérer vos propres flux de travail techniques dans le cadre de projets de mise en œuvre et de services continus, en livrant un travail de qualité dans les délais convenus.
Genuine interest in AI tools and agents — with practical exposure, even through personal projects or experimentation, and eagerness to develop this further professionally
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, with some exposure to customer-facing work
Hands-on coding skills: Python, SQL, REST APIs, and comfort with at least one additional language (Shell, Java, Ruby, or similar)
Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with fluency in Spanish and English
Understanding of data integration concepts: how data moves between systems, what can go wrong, and how to validate and monitor it
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach
Experience with enterprise planning, supply chain, or retail software
Practical experience building or deploying AI agents, LLM-based tools, or data automation pipelines
Additional language skills: French, Italian, or Arabic
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, or cloud data tooling
Experience in a technical architect, pre-sales engineering, or hybrid technical delivery role where both design and hands-on implementation were expected
