Chief Information Security Officer

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia y el plan de acción de seguridad global de Totara, liderando y desarrollando los equipos de Seguridad y TI en múltiples regiones.
• Fortalecer la seguridad, la privacidad, la gestión de riesgos y la resiliencia organizacional, colaborando con los líderes de Producto e Ingeniería para integrar la seguridad en todos los aspectos de la empresa.
• Asesorar al equipo de liderazgo ejecutivo y a la junta directiva sobre cuestiones de seguridad, riesgo y resiliencia, apoyando iniciativas estratégicas de transformación empresarial y tecnológica.
• You're a proven security leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You know how to build trust, influence senior stakeholders and balance security risk, customer needs and business outcomes
• A track record of influencing executive leaders, boards and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear business decisions
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, risk and compliance in a modern technology environment
• Experience leading security, cyber, risk or technology functions within a SaaS, software or technology-led organisation
• Experience leading global teams and driving organisational change
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP or CIPP/E are advantageous, but we're ultimately interested in the impact you've made, the leadership you bring and your ability to help us move forward
