Field engineer and Quantity surveyor ( Netherlands) F/H

Join our team as a Field Engineer and Quantity Surveyor in Rozenburg, Netherlands. In this dual role, you will be the primary link between the design team and the execution team, ensuring that the construction is carried out according to the blueprints. You will also manage and control costs from the initial design phase until project completion, ensuring it stays within budget while meeting all legal and quality standards. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering is required, along with proficiency in software like Bluebeam or AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM).

• Act as the primary link between the design team and the execution team, ensuring that the construction is carried out according to the blueprints.
• Manage and control costs throughout the project, ensuring it stays within budget while meeting all legal and quality standards.
• Issue weekly reports to the site manager, including progress updates, key performance indicators, and copies of all non-conformance reports.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or civil Engineering is standard.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in software like Bluebeam, or AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, strong negotiation abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
• Oversea experience mandatory
• English fluent

Weekly report to be issued to the site manager including, at least

• Weekly progress with exhaustive KPI (Document status Versus workfront, Quantity material installed versus design...)
• Copy of all NCRs issued
• copy of all SEWO issued

Training / certifications mandatory

• Work at height

• VCA-Vol
