About The Role

Join Mindflow, an innovative enterprise automation platform. As a Junior Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying key accounts, engaging in smart prospecting, qualifying leads, and representing the company at trade shows. This position requires fluency in English and French, excellent communication skills, and a resilient, curious mindset. The goal is to transition to a full-time position after the apprenticeship/internship.

  • Identifying and mapping key accounts within major global corporations, focusing on C-Level and IT/Security decision-makers.
  • Utilizing advanced tools and techniques for smart prospecting, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understanding prospect pain points and qualifying leads before handing them over to Account Executives.
  • This position doesn’t require an astronaut’s CV, but it demands a champion’s mindset.
  • **Hard Skills & Tools:**
  • **Tech-Fluent:** You are comfortable with digital tools. If you don’t use ChatGPT or AI daily to save time, this role isn’t for you.
  • **Languages:** You are imperatively bilingual or fluent in English and French.
  • **Pen and Voice:** Excellent written and verbal communication. You know how to be impactful in 3 lines or 30 seconds.

  • **Resilience:** You don’t get discouraged by rejection. You see every “no” as a step toward a “yes.”
