Forward Deployment Engineer

• Support and enable new clients and partners by driving onboarding and mentoring efforts.
• Lead discovery sessions with prospects to uncover their existing infrastructure, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
• Design and build high-impact Proof of Concept (POC) solutions that demonstrate Mindflow’s ROI and automation velocity.

**The Role**

We're looking for a Solutions Designer who is a technical expert combining deep automation skills with the pedagogical flair to guide our clients through complex transformations. You are part consultant, part architect, and part developer: you have the technical chops to build complex automations and the pedagogy to explain them to non-experts.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (solutions engineering, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering etc.).

**Your Mission**

**1\. Support & Enablement**

• **Onboard & Mentor:** Drive the onboarding of new clients and partners, ensuring they grasp the full power of Mindflow.
• **Assist Solution Engineers:** Act as a force multiplier by providing hands-on assistance to fellow SEs, helping them unblock complex technical scenarios.
• **Scale Knowledge:** Create reusable technical content (flows, internal demos, documentation) to accelerate team enablement and customer autonomy.

**2\. Technical Discovery**

• **Deep-Dive Scoping:** Lead discovery sessions with prospects to uncover their existing infrastructure, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
• **Voice of the Field:** Capture insights from the field to identify product gaps and technical requirements, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

**3\. Solution Fit**

• **Architecture Design:** Map Mindflow’s capabilities to the prospect's ecosystem. Architect end-to-end systems (integrations, workflows, AI agents) tailored to SecOps, ITOps, CloudOps, or BizOps environments.
• **Value Validation:** Lead technical proposals, solution briefs, and RFP responses to prove why Mindflow is the perfect technical fit for the client's complex challenges.

**4\. Proof of Concept (POC)**

• **Hands-on Building:** Turn abstract requirements into functional realities. You will get your hands dirty with APIs and JSON to design and build high-impact POCs.
• **Value Demonstration:** Deliver functional pilots that clearly prove Mindflow’s ROI and automation velocity to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

**Must-have**

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with APIs, JSON, and scripting — whether as a developer, solutions engineer, automation engineer, or in an advanced technical support role. You have the technical depth to build robust, scalable automations.
• A significant first experience in either **Cybersecurity** or **IT**.
• You can explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders who are not experts in the field.
• You have a pragmatic, "problem-solver" mindset. You know how to deconstruct a complex manual process into a clean, automated workflow.
• Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).

**Nice-to-have**

• Experience in Professional Services or as a consultant, managing complex projects with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or automation tools.
• Side projects that demonstrate your curiosity and drive to create.
