Payroll Specialist

Join our HR team as a Payroll Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations across 13 countries. You will be responsible for payroll data preparation, collaboration with payroll providers, preliminary payroll checks, compliance and accuracy, employee support, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources and Payroll, significant experience in payroll processing, and fluency in English.

• Prepare and coordinate payroll processes, ensuring smooth execution under the supervision and validation of the Payroll Manager.
• Gather, verify, and consolidate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, bonuses, salary adjustments, etc.) and conduct initial reviews of payroll calculations.
• Act as a first point of contact for payroll-related questions, providing clear explanations to employees, and support initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
