Loan Originator

Join RiverBank, a dynamic fintech company, as a Loan Originator. In this role, you will be responsible for originating loans from Spanish corporate and real estate customers, managing key client relationships, and supporting the team to deliver superior customer outcomes. You will also act as the Key Account Executive for our key clients and play a central role in shaping the bank’s origination and cross-selling capability.

• Establish and maintain a network of clients and intermediaries for the company's loans in Spain, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs, generating a portfolio of high-quality loans with Spanish borrowers.
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the company to close the loans sourced, while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
• Proven track record in sales management and relationship management in Financial Services industry;
• Ability to meet sales targets;
• Self-starter;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent planning and organizing skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations;
• Show initiative, high energy and a desire to succeed, while demonstrating enthusiasm and passion to inspire employees throughout the organization;
• Fluent in Spanish and English;
• Microsoft Office Suite.
