Senior AI Engineer

Join our fast-growing startup as a Senior AI Engineer. In this highly hands-on role, you will lead AI/ML initiatives, design and deploy LLM-powered features, and integrate AI capabilities into our product. You will also build and maintain robust data pipelines, evaluate tools and frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering, strong proficiency in Python, and experience with complex and unstructured data. This is a hybrid position based in Paris with a competitive salary and stock options.

• Definir y liderar la hoja de ruta de IA/ML, incluyendo la selección de modelos, estrategias de ajuste y arquitecturas.
• Diseñar e implementar características impulsadas por LLM, como la comprensión de documentos y la búsqueda semántica.
• Integrar capacidades de IA directamente en el producto en colaboración con los equipos de producto e ingeniería.
• CANDIDATE PROFILE

MUST-HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python 🐍
• Experience working with complex and unstructured data (NLP, documents, scraping…)
• Solid skills in feature engineering and data processing
• Ability to design robust, product-oriented systems
• Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, and results-driven attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

➕ NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or conversational systems
• Background in fintech or data-intensive environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with MLOps, data quality, or monitoring
• Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments
