Data Analytics Manager – Infrastructure Sustainability

The Data Analytics Manager - Infrastructure Sustainability plays a critical role in translating Digital Realty’s global sustainability strategy into operational execution and transparent external reporting.

Reporting to the Sr Director R&D, Government Engagement & Sustainability (RGS), this role is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of global environmental, energy, and broader sustainability data. The position supports operational sustainability performance improvements, the company’s data reporting cycle, regulatory disclosures, and external data quality assurance processes.

Working cross-functionally with Site Operations, Design Engineering & Construction, Global Compliance, Finance, and regional teams across Europe, NAM, and APAC, this role enables advanced data analytics, drives reporting excellence against major frameworks, and strengthens organisational capability in sustainability performance and compliance.
