Associate Implementation Manager

As an Associate Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch of our program with major health plans and reseller partners. You will manage implementations, coordinate technical and operational launch requirements, and build relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders. • Manage implementations for small and mid-market health plan groups, serving as the primary operational contact during onboarding.
• Coordinate technical and operational launch requirements for health plan groups, including eligibility validation, marketing readiness, and client configuration.
• Build relationships with customer contacts, partner teams, and internal stakeholders, helping build excitement ahead of launch while establishing Virta as a trusted partner.

• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and deliver high-quality implementations
• Technical and operational aptitude in areas like data exchange, eligibility workflows, or healthcare integration
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations, ideally supporting digital health companies, health plans, or PBM partnerships
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability
