Client Success Manager (Public Sector)

As a Client Success Manager for the Public Sector, you will manage a portfolio of state, local government, education, and public-sector customers. You will drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes while navigating the complexities of public-sector organizations. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, advocate for customer needs, and share feedback internally to improve products and processes.

• Experience partnering with executive-level customer stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving customer outcomes
