Sales Operations Analyst (Deal Desk)

• Provide critical support to the deal desk and sales management team, enabling efficient deal execution by managing pricing strategies, order forms, and contract vehicles.
• Drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making in deal structuring.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to streamline deal desk processes, manage the order management process, and conduct pricing analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Demonstrated experience in supporting complex B2B SaaS deals or working in a deal desk function
• Experience: 1–3 years in deal desk operations, partner operations, sales operations, finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other operational tools (e.g., CPQ, Tableau, Outreach) is highly desirable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate pricing and deal structures
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Education: BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Quantitative skills, including advanced proficiency in Google Suite (MS 365 acceptable) and working knowledge of other enterprise tools
