International Sales & Exhibition Project Manager

Join ChangeNOW, the world's largest event for solutions to environmental and social challenges. As an International Sales & Exhibition Project Manager, you will identify and engage with innovative solutions globally, manage relationships with exhibitors, and support logistical needs for the ChangeNOW Summit 2027. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, project management experience, and a passion for positive impact-driven projects.

• Establishing first contact with social innovators and presenting them with opportunities to exhibit at the ChangeNOW Summit.
• Participating in the evaluation of solutions that applied via the Call for Solution and using a critical mind to judge their pertinence and impact.
• Managing the commercial relationship with solutions, including preparation of quotes and invoices, and follow-up on payments.

**Experience**

• Business development, sponsorship, experience in building long-lasting partnerships;
• Project management;
• Event organization experience appreciated;

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with startups or other professionals;
• Rigorous and attention to details;
• Seriousness, autonomy, and result orientation;
• Autonomous, persuasive & integrative thinking;
• Native French, business fluent in English
