About The Role

Join Ontra, a rapidly growing company in the legal technology space, as a Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will drive new customer acquisition and help legal and private markets organizations adopt Ontra's AI-native products and services. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline from prospecting to close, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with various teams. This is a remote-first position with a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Develop expertise in Ontra's AI-native platform and the MEDDICC sales framework, then prospect into a defined territory, create new opportunities, qualify leads, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and close complex enterprise sales.
  • Generate, own, and manage a pipeline from prospecting through close, engaging legal, compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, pitching, and closing new customers across law firms, private markets, and financial institutions.
  • Tech Stack: High level of proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Commercial Mindset: Entrepreneurial, consultative, and driven to create new opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
  • Team Player: Comfortable with autonomy, enjoys collaborating across functions, and is coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Strong, Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence senior legal and business stakeholders
  • Execution: Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and pipeline management
  • Experience: (i) 4+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally selling legal technology, AI-enabled services, or solutions into private markets, with experience engaging legal, compliance, transactional, or finance stakeholders; or (ii) 2+ years as a corporate attorney or paralegal, ideally supporting private funds, private equity, M&A, or finance transactions, looking to transition into a client-facing business role
  • Intellectually Curious: Learns complex legal and business concepts quickly and communicates value effectively to sophisticated buyers
