Senior PR and Talent Manager

Join our team as a Senior PR & Talent Manager, where you will drive the brand's public relations strategy, manage talent partnerships, and build impactful relationships to strengthen brand visibility and credibility. You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and various teams to develop, execute, and measure PR and talent initiatives. This role has both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, ensuring high-quality communications and influencer programs that enhance the brand's reputation and drive long-term audience engagement.

• Conduire la stratégie de relations publiques de la marque, gérer les partenariats avec les talents et établir des relations impactantes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes créatives, marketing et de marque pour développer, exécuter et mesurer les initiatives de relations publiques et de talents.
• Gérer l'exécution de la stratégie de relations publiques à l'échelle mondiale, y compris les lancements de produits, les campagnes et les initiatives culturelles.
• Senior stakeholder management experience
• Proven experience managing influencers, talent and creators across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
• Experience working with PR agencies, managing external partners and guiding overall strategic direction
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at pace, juggle deadlines and problem-solve quickly
• Ability to lead PR activity for campaigns, launches and events from ideation to execution
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to connect PR/talent decisions to brand and business outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling stories and pitches
• Passion for fashion, culture, media and the evolving media ecosystem
• Significant experience within PR, influencer management or communications within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or image led brand
• Confident in negotiating talent fees, contracts and deliverables
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Strong media network, with established relationships across fashion, culture, lifestyle and trade titles
