About The Role
Join <wealth.com> as a Client Onboarding Manager, where you will lead the onboarding process for our most strategic accounts and build the program and infrastructure that will define our onboarding function. This dual role requires both hands-on client engagement and strategic program development. You will manage and develop the onboarding team, collaborate cross-functionally, and track onboarding KPIs to continuously improve the program. - Lead the onboarding process for strategic accounts, ensuring a white-glove experience that accelerates time-to-value and drives long-term retention.
- Develop and implement the onboarding strategy, including defining the post-sale journey, white-glove service model, and success milestones.
- Build and own the onboarding infrastructure, including playbooks, training assets, in-product resources, and client-facing documentation, to enable Onboarding Specialists to execute consistently.
- This role requires deep fluency in the wealth management industry
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members with a focus on developing structure and ownership
- Demonstrated success managing strategic enterprise relationships with a white-glove service model — senior stakeholders, complex implementation timelines, and multi-team coordination
- Strong strategic thinker who can operate at both the individual account level and the program level simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or customer success within wealth management, fintech, or financial services SaaS
- Proven track record of building or scaling an onboarding program — not just delivering onboardings, but designing the systems and playbooks behind them
- Excellent communicator — able to translate complex product functionality into clear, compelling training and enablement materials for financial advisor audiences
- Deep knowledge of the RIA, broker-dealer, and/or private wealth space — you understand how these firms operate, how advisors think, and what drives adoption of new technology in this industry
- Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by the challenge of creating scalable infrastructure where little currently exists
