Senior Product Designer (AI-Native Product)

• You are as comfortable taking something complex and making it feel simple as you are starting from a blank page and shaping a 0-to-1 experience out of ambiguity
• Thinks in systems and cares about craft, moving easily between the big frame and the smallest detail
• Owns problems from framing through shipped detail, without needing them fully defined for you
• Treats AI as a design material, not a feature. You are curious about how models behave and you prototype with real intelligence, not just static screens
• Raises the standard of everyone around you and gives feedback that is direct, kind, and useful
• Thinks like a product owner. You understand the strategy, the metrics, and the roadmap, and you could step into the product conversation when it counts
• Excited by vague, unproven ideas. You explore them in close collaboration with our AI and engineering teams, and treat ambiguity as space to invent, not a problem to wait out
• Shows more than tells. You prototype fluently in modern AI-assisted design tools, building high-fidelity work that makes the case and hands off cleanly to engineering
• Experience in a regulated, high-trust domain such as finance, wealth, or healthcare
• Experience with complex, data-heavy products where the interface does the hard thinking for the user
• Fluency with design systems
