About The Role

Join Advania, a leading Nordic IT service provider, as an AI Customer Solutions Lead. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sovereign AI platform, translating business problems into AI solutions and co-designing with customers. You will also be responsible for designing end-to-end AI solution architectures and ensuring all solutions adhere to Advania's Trusted AI standards. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering AI or data solutions, a background in solution architecture or technical consulting, and familiarity with cloud AI services.

Lead discovery and scoping with enterprise customers to identify high-value sovereign AI use cases grounded in their business context.
Design end-to-end AI solution architectures built on our sovereign AI platform, translating platform capabilities into client-ready solutions.
Act as the trusted technical and commercial AI advisor for key accounts, managing customer expectations throughout solution delivery.
Demonstrable experience designing and delivering AI or data solutions for customers (not internal or academic projects)
Track record of leading customer workshops and translating business requirements into technical designs
Experience working with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or similar)
Background in one or more of: NLP/LLM applications, AI-enabled automation, predictive analytics, or knowledge management systems
Experience in a solution architecture, AI engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in an enterprise B2B context
Prior exposure to sovereign cloud, data residency, or regulated-sector AI deployments
Experience in one of Advania's key verticals: public sector, financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Azure AI Foundry, or similar enterprise AI platforms
Existing network of enterprise customer relationships in your country market
Familiarity with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise ecosystem, in particular NVIDIA Blueprints and NIMs
Knowledge of Nordic or UK data protection regulations (GDPR, NIS2, DPA 2018) and their implications for AI systems
