Senior Tax Manager

Join our team as a Senior Tax Manager, where you will be responsible for technical accounting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory governance. You will provide specialist expertise on accounting standards and tax matters, oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, manage relationships with external tax advisers and authorities, and support tax risk management and planning activities. Additionally, you will act as the technical accounting lead for the organization, prepare statutory financial statements, manage external audit deliverables, and ensure compliance with all statutory filing obligations.

• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including tax calculations, returns and disclosures.
• Act as the technical accounting lead for the organisation, determining accounting treatment for complex and non-routine transactions.
• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate annual reporting requirements across legal entities.
• Ideally experience of working withing a large multi-entity or group environment
• Strong technical accounting expertise
• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred, ACCA acceptable)
• Strong understanding of IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ability to interpret complex technical matters and communicate clearly
• Significant corporate tax and indirect tax experience
• Experience managing statutory reporting and audits
