Client Solutions Associate (London, Oct 2026)

• Establish and maintain deep client relationships by developing client-focused processes and solutions, promoting high user adoption, and ensuring smooth user onboarding.
• Gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development, providing insights to improve the product.
• Provide support for FactSet applications, create custom FactSet models, screens, and automated processes, and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars.
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Client Solutions Associates have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree Conferred by May of 2026
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams
