RE
Influencer Marketing Specialist
Relay · Canada
About The Role
Join Relay, a fast-growing fintech company, as an Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will support campaign execution, creator research, brief development, content review, and post-campaign analysis. You will also manage Relay's affiliate program and partner cross-functionally with various teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience who is passionate about influencer marketing and wants to grow in their career.
- Support campaign execution, creator research, brief development, content review, and post-campaign analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Relay's affiliate program, managing affiliate communications, tracking performance, and escalating deal terms or compliance edge cases.
- Research and build prospective influencer lists across platforms, surfacing creators whose audiences align with Relay's SMB ICP.
- This is a high-leverage role for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience (ideally with foundations in social, influencer, content, or campaign coordination) who wants to specialize in influencer marketing and grow into a creator program owner over time
- You bring curiosity, urgency, and a developing point of view on the creator economy—and you treat every campaign as a chance to sharpen your craft and contribute fresh ideas to a program that's investing in becoming best-in-class
- You're an excellent written communicator who can draft creator outreach, affiliate updates, and brief content with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
- You're curious about the creator economy and follow it actively; you can identify creators before they trend and share fresh ideas with the team without being asked
- You have 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, campaign coordination, or affiliate/partnership support, with at least some exposure to influencer or creator marketing
- You're organized and detail-oriented; you maintain trackers, hit deadlines, and keep documentation up to date so your team has visibility without having to chase you
- You have working fluency with AI tools and use them to accelerate routine work, not to replace your judgment
- You're self motivated—you anticipate what your team needs, prepare drafts and checklists that help campaigns move faster, and take pride in clean follow-through
- You're excited about a role that's designed to grow with you—starting with affiliate ownership and support work, expanding into creator partnership ownership as your craft develops
- You've worked with brands that focus on small business owners, creators, or entrepreneurs
- You have experience working with an affiliate platform (Impact, PartnerStack, Tune, Refersion, or similar)
- You have a personal POV on the creator economy—you follow it closely, save standout campaigns, and bring fresh perspective to your team
- You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly match the job description
- You have working knowledge of FTC compliance, usage rights, and creator brand safety basics
