Join Relay, a fast-growing company in the fintech industry, as our first-ever Talent Attractor. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping markets, telling our story, and turning passive talent into engaged candidates. You will leverage AI tools, own creative outreach campaigns, and track conversion metrics. This is not an administrative role; we are looking for someone who thrives on urgency, curiosity, and experimentation.

• Proactively generate high-value talent pools, map markets, and build strategic pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools to supercharge sourcing, outreach, and market research, using automation to scale volume.
• Own creative and tailored outreach across email, LinkedIn, and niche channels that get noticed, spark curiosity, and convert top talent.
• You have 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, outbound sales, demand generation, growth marketing, or a similarly metrics-driven prospecting role
• You are a creative prospector who looks beyond LinkedIn and job boards to find and engage exceptional talent
• You understand that great sourcing is closer to marketing and sales than administration
• You think in funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline health. And you use data to tell the story
• You collaborate well with Talent Acquisition Partners while owning your lane end-to-end
• You thrive in fast-moving environments with high accountability and high ownership
• You are a strong storyteller who can capture attention quickly and articulate why Relay is worth joining
