Change Manager

Join Safran Seats, a leading provider of aircraft seating solutions. As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of Configuration Management processes and ensuring proper Change Management for the Seats USA business unit. You will work under general supervision and be responsible for executing Change Management for assigned programs.

• Participate in the analysis of contract requirements and tailor the Configuration Management System (CMS) processes to ensure proper Change Management.
• Manage the flow-down of configuration management requirements and ensure follow-up with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Define, organize, and steer the Configuration Control Board, including pre- and post-CCB activities.
