Quality Stream Manager – Safran Seats Dubai Production Subsidiary Project M/F

Join Safran Seats, a leading player in the aerospace sector, as a Quality Stream Manager for our new production facility in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying the Quality Management System (QMS) for the new production subsidiary. You will ensure compliance with airworthiness regulatory requirements, contractual requirements, aerospace standards, and Safran and Safran Seats requirements. You will also implement robust Quality governance for operations and suppliers, prepare operational performance, and build the future Quality organization of the subsidiary. This is a key position within the project team, and you will work closely with various streams, including Commercial, Facilities and Industrialization, Industrial Transfer, and Human Resources.

• Définir, construire et déployer le système de gestion de la qualité (QMS) de la nouvelle filiale de production à Dubaï.
• Assurer la conformité avec les exigences réglementaires en matière de navigabilité, les exigences contractuelles et les normes aérospatiales.
• Mettre en œuvre une gouvernance de la qualité robuste pour les opérations et les fournisseurs, préparer la performance opérationnelle.
