Finance Manager

Join La Bonne Brosse, a fast-growing French hairbrush and haircare accessories brand, as a Finance Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO on various financial tasks, including accounting, financial planning, controlling, reporting, business partnering, and strategic finance. You will have the opportunity for direct mentoring, exposure to strategic finance topics, and a high-responsibility role with room for growth.

• Oversee general accounting, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and monitor cash flow.
• Build and maintain dashboards, analyze costs, produce monthly reporting for the CFO and management.
• Act as a finance point of contact for other teams, support vendor negotiations, and help teams make informed decisions.

#### What we're looking for 🧠

• Master's degree (business school, finance/management university track, or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, audit, or an accounting firm
• Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling)
• Rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable building things from scratch
• Strong interpersonal skills, as you'll work with non-finance stakeholders across the company
• Professional English (regular exchanges with international vendors and partners)
• An interest in DNVB / e-commerce / retail is a plus
