About The Role
Join Perchwell, a fast-growing real estate technology company, as the Vice President of Finance. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving company strategy, resource allocation, and operational execution. You will own FP&A, fundraising initiatives, board reporting, and cross-functional business partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling high-growth technology or SaaS businesses, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
- As a Vice President of Finance, you will play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth for Perchwell by serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leading the financial foundation required to support the company's growth.
- You will own financial planning and analysis (FP&A), fundraising initiatives, board reporting, and cross-functional business partnership across the organization, ensuring financial rigor and discipline.
- You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization as the company grows, establishing systems, processes, and decision-making frameworks that enable Perchwell to scale.
- Experience leading company planning processes, board reporting, fundraising activities, and investor communications
- Experience in scaling high-growth technology or SaaS businesses, preferably in venture-backed environments in the Series B through E stages
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organization
- Experience in real estate technology, marketplace businesses, data businesses, or adjacent industries is a plus
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics, pricing, sales compensation, forecasting, retention, expansion, and unit economics
- Demonstrated success partnering directly with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams on strategic and operational initiatives
- A highly ambitious "roll up your sleeves" mentality and willingness to work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems
- 12+ years of relevant experience across strategic finance, investment banking, PE, VC, corporate finance, business operations, or related fields
