About The Role
Join DXC Technology, a leading global technology services provider, as a Senior Manager – Global Alliances. In this high-profile role, you will shape and scale strategic OEM partnerships, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and accelerate solution adoption. You will act as a trusted interface between DXC and its partners, aligning commercial objectives and translating partnership strategies into tangible growth. This position requires extensive experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
- Establish and manage strategic alliances with key OEM partners, clients, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market impact.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to support sell-to, sell-with, and solution development efforts with OEM partners.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and ensure contractual compliance, while managing executive sponsor relationships and governance.
- This is a role for someone who thrives on building momentum, creating impact and turning strategic partnerships into measurable business success
- Experience working with company products and services or similar products and services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Experience working with strategic planning
- Extensive years of business development, sales or related experience
- Experience with contract interpretation, negotiations and project management
- Strong human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employees
- Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
- Strong organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work
- Ability to independently develop initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations, and build partnerships with customers and key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to interact with senior management, staff, vendors and clients
- Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients in sensitive and highly visible circumstances
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
