Talent Acquisition Specialist - APAC

Join Exotec, a leading robotics company, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, source and engage top talent, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. You will play a key role in the expansion of Exotec in Japan and the wider APAC region. Professional fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory, and experience in technical or engineering recruitment is a plus.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles, and source, attract, and engage top talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on recruitment best practices, talent market insights, and hiring trends.
