Founding Business Operations Manager

In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to drive planning, execution, and decision-making across the company. You will work on the highest-priority initiatives, tackle ambiguous problems, and help turn strategy into action. • Partner with company leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution, and own core business planning processes.
• Build and maintain operating cadences that improve alignment, accountability, and execution across teams, and analyze business performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Recruiting, and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Have a strong bias toward action and ownership
• Can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
• Have 3–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, Chief of Staff, or a similar analytical role
• Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Have experience operating in a high-growth technology company or advising them
• Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Enjoy working directly with senior leaders on high-stakes decisions
• Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex, unstructured problems
