Chief of Staff to the CEO

Join a high-growth company as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, you will work directly alongside the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and navigating complex decisions. You will have a front-row seat to building an iconic company and will be responsible for translating high-level goals into actionable plans, identifying organizational bottlenecks, and driving company planning processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a high-growth startup environment and a strong track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as a trusted partner and thought partner to the CEO on the company's most important priorities, and own and drive the highest-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the business.
• Lead projects that span multiple functions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution, and translate high-level goals into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive company planning processes, operating rhythms, and executive decision-making, and prepare executive communications, presentations, board materials, and strategic analyses.
• Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment and excitement for building in fast-moving environments
• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, startup operations, product management, or a similar strategic role
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
