About The Role

Join Nooks, a groundbreaking company redefining sales prospecting and selling through AI. As the first Head of Communications & Content, you'll build the storytelling engine behind the Nooks brand, transforming our product and customer momentum into a compelling market narrative. You'll own the communications and editorial strategy, lead original research and thought leadership, manage PR and external communications, refine our social media strategy, and establish the operating model for Communications & Content. This is a unique opportunity to build a function from scratch and make a significant impact on the company's growth.

  • Establish the operating model for Communications & Content, including agencies, contractors, editorial workflows, measurement, and AI-enabled content production.
  • Own Nooks' external communications strategy, manage PR agencies and external communications partners, and drive proactive communications around launches, research, customer stories, milestones, and company news.
  • Develop flagship content and oversee its execution through a mix of in-house creation, agency partners, and freelance contributors, ensuring every piece of content reinforces our market narrative and supports business priorities.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills: you can make complex ideas simple, compelling, and memorable
  • A strategic thinker who can connect company strategy to compelling market stories
  • Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • 10+ years of experience leading content, communications, editorial, or thought leadership programs at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership, original research, and integrated content strategies
  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills: you know how to uncover the stories that matter and translate ideas into compelling narratives that capture attention, shape perception, and inspire action
  • Experience managing public relations and external communications programs
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence across teams and executive stakeholders
  • Strong editorial instincts: you know what stories earn attention and which ones don't
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, ideally sales, RevOps, or go-to-market leaders
